When I was doing experiment on Thursday, I located my samples, and set up the correct safty limit. But after some normal indent and scratch, an error came: the tip detected some excessive force. Then I did quick aproach again. Unexpectedly, the error happened again during the quick aproach.

Solve: I deleted all the samples from the  safty limit, and reset them.Do quick approach for all of them.Theproblem solved.

 When you are using the machine, please use your own workspaces(Named by you name or personal mark). That is to avoid deleting some useful data of someone else.
